Open the funimation app on PS4. Go down to settings and open. Click on video setting - most likely set to auto. Change it to medium. Should work. You might actually be able to change it to anything except Auto. The reason being that Auto constantly tries changing the resolution as the bandwidth fluctuates, which is an issue with Wi-Fi connections.
