Apparently I do not remember enough info and the account recovery team denied my access. EA is directly restricting access to my xbox live subscription and product I paid for. Would changing my xbox live gamertag do the trick? Such a poor experience..
Jan 25, 2008 · I want to change this to the gmail address I use but in my Microsoft account settings it tells me that I cannot change the primary alias of my account so I am stuck with this email address. My current issue is that the early preview of xCloud was just announced and to sign up to be a part of it, you are required to use your Microsoft account.
